Anxiety is a constant, silent battle. It creates fear, a feeling of limited control or defeat, and low self-esteem. In this 2-hour workshop, we will journey into ourselves, exploring how anxiety presents itself into our lives. We will practice physical and mental techniques that interrupt anxiousness. Also, we will look into the science and philosophy of yoga to help us take control of our nervous system and rewire our stress triggers. Please bring your yoga mat, journal, and pen.

This 4-week series beginner yoga series is designed for those who have never practiced yoga or want to revisit the fundamentals of yoga. Learn the foundation of yogic breath, movement, and posture. Discover postures that comprise a typically yoga practice including sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures and balancing poses.
This series breakdown the elements of a yoga practice. Each class will build upon the last. By the end of the series you will leave feeling fully informed and confident heading into your yoga classes.
Yin & Restoritive Yoga

Enjoy 90 minutes of deep stretching and full-body relaxation. This class will combine the static stretching of a yin class with the ultimate relaxation and support of a restorative class.
Serena offers public and personal yoga instruction in Central Texas to all levels of practitioners. She also offers online yoga instructors. Serena is a continuing education provider for yoga teachers and founder of New Moon Yoga Teacher Training.
